摘 要:由于微处理器功能的限制,传统的织物纬斜检测装置难以对大量的历史数据进行综合分析。为此采用美国国家仪器公司的虚拟仪器技术对传统装置进行改进,使用计算机代替微处理器,通过数据采集模块采集织物纬斜数据,使仪器在实现织物纬斜检测任务的同时,对所测数据进行分析处理,从而进一步研究织物纬斜存在的规律。经过多次实验发现,改进后的纬斜检测装置实现了对纬斜、纬弯的在线检测和处理,可以综合利用测试数据对织物的纬斜规律进行总结。The traditional weft detector is unable to make a comprehensive analysis of the large amount of measured data due to the limited function of its microprocessor. For this reason, based on the virtual instrument technology introduced by the American National Instrument Co., an innovative weft detector is developed in which a computer is used in substitution for the microprocessor and the bias weft data was collected by a data collecting module. Therefore, this detector can simultaneously implement the tasks of collecting, analyzing, and processing bias filling data. This facilitates the further research of the rule of skewing. Experiments have proved that on-time detection and data analysis of bias weft and bias bend of fabrics are accomplished by this weft detector, and the rule of skewing can be summarized.
