摘 要:研制一套由车载齿槽板、沿轨道分布的检测子块及一台上位处理器组成的轨道车辆地面式定位测速系统。子块以PIC16C54为核心,通过测定齿槽板的挡光脉冲来计算行车速度及方向;上位处理器以AT89C52单片机为核心,根据所有子块的输出,计算出车辆在线路上的速度。介绍了系统工作原理,详细分析了异常状态处理及有效子块选择等关键技术,设计了系统的软硬件,完成了样机研制和功能测试,成功实现了某系统的定位测速。A set of location and speed detection system based on ground measure applying to track vehicles is developed. The system cunsists of a tooth-and-slots board, detection submodules distributed along the track and a central processor. The submodule adopts a PIC16C54 as core processor and calculates the moving speed and direction by detecting the shading pulses of the tooth-and-slots board. The central processor adopts a AT89C52 SCM as core processor and calculates the vehicle' s speed along the line according to all the outputs of the detection submodules. The working principles of the system, the key technology such as the management of the abnormal states and the choices of the effective submodule and so on are presented. Furthermore, the software and hardware design of the system is introduced, and a sample machine is manufactured successfully and experiments to test function are accomplished and the designed system is applied to a real system for location and speed detection successfully.
