摘  要:研究了钢渣-偏高岭土体系地聚合物的凝结硬化和粘结性能,试验结果表明:钢渣-偏高岭土体系地聚合物的凝结硬化与水玻璃的模数、总含固量及液固比、养护制度等因素有内在联系。当水玻璃的模数为1—1.43,总含固量为41%—44%,液固比为0.65时,钢渣-偏高岭土体系地聚合物标养1 d的抗压强度可达35 MPa以上,60℃蒸养1 d或标养28 d时的抗压强度可达70 MPa以上,粘结强度达2.5 MPa以上,初凝时间在1.5 h内,终凝时间在2.5 h内。The hardening and bonding property of steel slag-metakaolin composite geopolymer was investigated. The test results indicated that the setting and hardening characteristics of steel slug-metakaolin composite geopolymer were related with the modulus and Baume degree of water-glass, the ratio of liquid and solid, and curing system. When the modulus of water-glass were 1-1. 43 , Baume degree are 41-44 and the ratio of liquid and solid is 0.65, the compressive strength of steel slngmetakaolin composite geopolymer can attain 35 MPa under the condition of standard curing for 1 day, w 70 MPa under the condition of steam curing for 1 day at 60℃ or the condition of standard curing for 28 days, its bonding strength can attain 2.5 MPa, and the initial time was less than 1.5 hours, the final time was less than 2.5 hour.
