摘 要:目的探讨健脾益肺化淤方对肺癌的抑制和对化疗的协同增效作用。方法选择小鼠移植性Lew is肺癌为模型,观察健脾益肺化淤方以及与化疗药物顺铂(DDP)联合应用时的抑瘤率。结果健脾益肺化淤方对小鼠移植性Lew is肺癌有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),并能显著增强DDP对小鼠Lew is肺癌的抑瘤作用(P<0.01)。结论健脾益肺化淤方对小鼠Lew is肺癌有抑制和对化疗药物有协同增效作用。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yifei Huayu formula on tumor and its synergy with chemotherapy in lung cancer. Methods Lewis lung cancer model of transplanted mice were used, the inhibitory rates of Jianpi Yifei Huayu formula and its combination with cisplatin (DDP) on tumor were observed. Results Jianpi Yifei Huayu formula significantly inhibited Lewis lung cancr in transplanted mice ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and enhanced the effect of DDP ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Jianpi Yifei Huayu formula has inhibition effect and can increase synergy with chemotherapy on lung cancer of transplanted animals.
