薄层扫描法测定芪黄胶囊剂中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘　　要：目的用薄层扫描法测定芪黄胶囊剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用1％羧甲基纤维素钠作黏合剂的硅胶G薄层版；以氯仿-甲醇-水（13：6：2）下层溶液为展开剂；λs=520nm，λR=700nm。结果黄芪甲苷在2．016～12．096μg范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9991），平均加样回收率为97．46％；RSD=2．68％（n=6）。结论该方法简单、准确、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制。Objective To determine the content of Astragaloside in Qihuang Capsules by TLC-Scanning. Methods Silica G in 1% CMC-Na was used as the Solid phase and developed with Chloroform-Methanol-Water（ 13： 6： 2）;λs = 520 nm, λR = 700 nm. Results Astragaloside showed a good linear relationship within a range of 2. 016 - 12. 096μg（ r = 0. 999 1 ）. The average recover）, was 97.46%, RSD was 2.68% （ n= 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable and can be used as the quality control of this preparation.
