银黄注射液体内抗菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨银黄注射液有无体内抗菌作用。方法采用BALB/C小鼠腹腔感染金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、绿脓杆菌、流感杆菌后,分别经静脉和肌肉注射银黄注射液,观察1周,记录小鼠死亡率。结果银黄注射液使感染金葡菌、肺炎链球菌的小鼠死亡率显著降低(P<0.01),静注比肌注效果好。结论银黄注射液有体内抗菌作用,对G+菌(金葡菌、肺炎链球菌)作用优于对G-(绿脓杆菌、流感杆菌)作用。Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of Yinhuang injection in vivo. Methods The BALB/C mice were given Yinhuang injection intravascularly after being infected by golden staphylococcus, pneumonia streptococcus, aeruginous bacillus and flu bacillus, then we observed the mortality rate of mice for a week. Results The mortality rate of mice which were infected by golden staphylococcus and pneumonia streptococcus decreased evidently（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the effect of this drug given intravascularly was superior to that intramuscularly. Conclusion Yinhuang injection has an antibacterial effect in vivo, the effect on Gramg positive bacteria（ golden staphylococcus, pneumonia streptococcus） is superior to that on Gramg negative bacteria（ aeruginous bacillus, flu bacillus）.
