几种中药提取物对小鼠学习记忆影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同组合的蓝莓、菟丝子、益智仁提取物对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法给小鼠灌胃喂饲不同的提取复合物,给药30 d,Y型电迷宫测定小鼠的学习记忆能力;测定小鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide d ismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutath ione perioxidase,GSH-Px)的活性及丙二醛(m alond ialdehyde,MDA)的含量。结果蓝莓和菟丝子、益智仁的复合物使小鼠在Y-迷宫训练中达到学会标准的次数显著减少;显著提高脑组织中SOD和GSH-PX的活性,降低了MDA的含量。结论蓝莓、菟丝子和益智仁的复合物能提高小鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective To investigate the effects of Blueberry, Cuscuta chinensis Lain. and Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. extracts on learning and memory in mice. Methods The mice were fed with the three herbal extracts compound for 30 days, learning and memory ability of mice was performed in Y - maze. The levels of superoxide dismutase （ SOD）, glutathione peroxidase （ GSH - Px） and the content of malondialdehyde （MDA） in brain were determined. Results The compound of three kinds of herbal extracts could increase learning and memory ability of mice, increase the activities of SOD and GSH - PX and decrease level of MDA of brain tissues. Conclusion Blueberry, Cuscuta chinertsis Lain. and Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. compounds can improve learning and memory ability of mice.
