摘　　要：姜酚是姜的主要活性成分,可作为姜的质控指标。该文综述了姜酚对心血管药理作用的研究进展。这些研究证实姜酚具有强心、调节血管舒缩功能、抗血小板、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化及保护心肌等作用,提示姜酚可用于防治心血管疾病,值得进一步研究。Gingerols are the main active compounds of ginger which can be as indexes for the quality control of ginger. In this paper, the writer conducted a review of the literature to summarize the pharmacological effects on the cardiovascular system of gingerols. It has been shown that gingerols have the effects of cardiotonic action , regulating blood pressure, antiplatelet, lowering cholesterol, anti-artherosclerosis, antioxidant and so on. The study results indicated that gingerols can be used to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease.
