摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下心包积液穿刺及置管引流的临床应用价值。方法176例心包积液患者,行超声检查确定心包积液程度,并设定穿刺路线。局麻下采用18GPTC穿刺针或16GEV穿刺针在超声引导下进入心包腔抽吸液体,必要时置管引流。结果176例心包积液均穿刺成功,并发症1例(0.57%),为快速房颤。结论超声引导下心包积液穿刺及置管引流安全、准确、有效,有较高临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinic value of ultrasonography-guided pericardiocentesis and drainage. Methods Pericardial effusion was identified in one hundred and seventy-six patients using ultrasound,and the route of guidance was determined. Pericardiocentesis and drainage were performed on all the patients , the 18G PTC or 16G EV needle were apphed under ultrasonography guidance. Results All the 176 cases were successfully treated. Atrial fibrillation occurred in one case（0.57 % ）. Conclusion Uhrasonography-guided treatment provides a safe and effective means for performing pericardiocentesis.
