洁尔阴泡腾片治疗宫颈糜烂的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察洁尔阴泡腾片治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法对80例宫颈糜烂病人分别采用洁尔阴泡腾片(治疗组)及洁尔阴洗液(对照组)治疗10天,观察宫颈糜烂局部变化及临床症状改变情况。结果治疗组及对照组治愈率分别为17.5%及0%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01);显效率分别为62.5%及17.5%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01);有效率分别为95%及70%,两组比效也有显著性差异;洁尔阴泡腾片治疗宫颈糜烂单纯型及颗粒型治愈率分别为24.14%和0%;显效率分别为72.41%及36.36%,两组比效有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论洁尔阴泡腾片是一种简便、有效、价廉的治疗轻度宫颈糜烂的方法。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Jie＇eryin Paotenpian on cervical erosion. Method： The 80 cases with cervical erosion were treated with Jie＇ eryin Paotenpian.and Jie＇ enyin solution, respectively in two groups, and the changes of the local conditions and the clinical symptoms in the two groups wre compared. Results： There were significant effects on the cure rate （ 17.5% versus 0% ） and remarkable effectal rate （62.5% versus 17.5% ） in the two groups. There are significant effect in the treatment of Jie＇ eryin paotenpiao on simple and pellet cervical erosion （cure rates 24.14% versus 0%; 72.41% versus 36.36% ）. Conclusion： The treatment efficacy of ,Jie＇ eryin PaotenDian on light cervical erosion was simple and effective.
