摘　　要：介绍了一种基于GPRS和Internet网络的环境数据采集系统中心监控软件的设计。中心监控软件负责从Internet上接收数据采集端发送的数据并进行存储和处理。软件采用模块化设计,在微软.NET架构下采用VB.NET(V isual Basic.NET)语言进行开发,配合先进ADO.NET数据库访问技术和多线程Socket(套接字)网络编程技术分别实现了数据的存储管理和数据通信。We introduce a software of environment data collection system based on GPRS and internet network. The central monitor - and - control software gets environment data from Internet and stores and manages the environment data sent by the data collection terminal. The central monitor- and -control software adopts modularization design and it is developed with VB. NET（ Visual Basic. NET）language cooperating with ADO. NET and Socket technique with multi -thread technology of the . NET framework which helps facilitate the management of data and data communication.
