噻氯匹定联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价噻氯匹定联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将我院96例符合标准的不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(48例)。对照组患者给予基础治疗(硝酸酯类,β-受体阻滞剂,抗凝剂及阿司匹林等),治疗组在此基础上加用噻氯匹定+曲美他嗪,疗程均为4周,治疗前、后检查心电图,记录心绞痛发作次数及每次心绞痛发作的平均时间。结果两组患者临床疗效间差异有显著性意义(P<0·01)。治疗组患者治疗前、后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及对照组患者治疗前、后心绞痛发作次数间差异均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。两组患者治疗后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间差异亦均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论噻氯匹定联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of ticlopidine combined with trimedazidine on improving UAP in patatients. Methods Ninty - six patients with UAP were divided into two groups by randomly： the controlled group （ n = 48 ） and the test group （ n = 48 ）, after 4 weeks therapy, Evalute the clinical effect and change of the electrocardiogram and the frequency and the lasting time of angina. Results Following therapy for 4 weeks, the efficiency of the test group and controlled group were 89. 5% and 68.7%, the change of the electrocardiogram were 76% and 54. 2%. the frequency and the lasting time of angina were improve significandy in the test group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Ticlopidine combined with trimedazidine can improve the UAP in patients, and it is valuable to be spread breadly in clinic.
