钢铁产业技术创新的几点思考

摘　　要：诠释了21世纪钢铁工业新形势和新取向,针对钢铁工业存在突出矛盾和问题,引发了几点思考。如发展战略由“资源型”向“创新型”转变;发展循环经济;提高品种质量的新要求是提高创新能力,创制新品牌;优化产业布局,做大做强,要建设沿海钢铁基地,提高竞争能力。New posture and new orientation of China＇s iron and steel industry in the 21^st century are annotated. Aiming at extrusive antinomy and problems existent in iron and steel industry, several thoughts on technological innovation are initiated. For example： development stratagem is changed to innovation model from resources model; developing circular economy; new requires of increasing the variety and quality are improving innovation ability and contriving new trademark; optimizing industry layout, making big and strong, building iron and steel base along sea, to advance competitive ability.
