漆酚缩醛胺/环氧树脂水性涂料的涂膜性能研究

摘　　要：由漆酚缩甲醛二乙烯三胺树脂(UFDP)乳液与环氧树脂(EP)乳液制备了水性涂料,用TG-DTA、IR等手段进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,m(UFDP)/m(EP)为2:1时,涂膜具有优良的物理机械性能、热稳定性能和耐化学介质腐蚀性能。Waterborne coating was prepared with waterborne urushiol formaldehyde diethylenetriamine polymer （UFDP） emulsion and waterborne epoxy resin （EP） emulsion. The structure and physico - chemical property of the coating film were examined by TG - DTA, IR etc. The results showed that the film was formed by crosslinking of UFDP and EP at a ratio of 2/1（m/m） and had excellent physico -mechanical properties,resistance against chemical media and therrmo -stability.
