摘 要:为了解食物中农药污染的现状,对成都市售韭菜中农药残留进行了调查.对2004年春季成都市11个菜市场市售韭菜中甲基对硫磷农药的残留量进行测定:蔬菜试样采用乙腈提取、再浓缩有机相,然后直接用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)的选择离子监测(SIM)方式测定甲基对硫磷含量.韭菜中甲基对硫磷的标准添加回收率为83.5%,可满足这种杀虫剂在蔬菜中残留量检测的要求.结果表明,在当前防治蔬菜病虫害中仍在使用高毒有机磷农药杀虫剂甲基对硫磷,对蔬菜等食品的安全性应给予充分重视.Water, soil and crops are polluted by widespread use of pesticides. In order to understand the status of pesticide contamination in food, the pesticide residue in Chengdu market Chinese chives is investigated. The determination results of methyl parathion on Chinese chives sold at the 11 markets of Chengdu in spring season of 2004 are introduced. In this investigation, the residues are extracted by acetonitrile from the test specimen of vegetables, and then the organic phase material concentrated. The content of methyl parathion in the organic phase material is detected by the Select Ion Monitoring (SIM) of GC/MS directly. The standard adding recovery ratio of methyl parathion on Chinese chives'sample reaches 83.5%, and can meet the detecting requirement of residues for the pesticide in vegetables. The investigation of agricultural chemicals residue of methyl parathion in the market Chinese chives shows that the high poisonous organic phosphorus chemicals such as methyl parathion are still used for fighting against vegetable pests at present. The conclusion reminds us to pay more attentions on the food safety including vegetables.
