摘 要:本试验旨在研究硫化钠对瘤胃微生物生长情况的影响。试验采用装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的内蒙古半细毛羊羯羊4只,以玉米秸杆加精料为基础日粮(精粗比为2:8),研究日粮干物质中的不同硫含量分别为0.12%(对照组)、0.18%(水平1组)、0.25%(水平2组)、0.30%(水平3组)时,对瘤胃微生物的影响。结果表明,在低硫日粮的条件下,添加硫化钠能促进瘤胃微生物的生长。瘤胃原虫的数量在水平1组时达到最大(9.11×105/m l),显著高于对照组(p<0.05);而瘤胃细菌和真菌的总数在水平2组达到最大,分别为14.61×108/m l、11.23×103/m l,显著高于其它几组(p<0.01)。Four Inner Mongolia local sheep with a permanent rumen cannula were used to investigate the effect of Na2 S on rumen microbial populations. Sulfur supplementation levels in ration( DM basic) were 0.12% (control) ,0.18% ( treatment Ⅰ ), 0.25% ( treatment Ⅱ ), 0.32% ( treatment Ⅲ ) respectively, The basic diets were composed of corn straw( 80% ) and concentrate (20%). The resuits indicated that in the condition of low sulfur dose improved growth of rumen microbes. The number of rumen protozoa was highest in treatment Ⅰ (9.11 × 10^5/ml), and it was significantly higher than control group(p 〈0.05). The populations of rumen bacteria and fungi in treatment Ⅱ were significantly higher than other groups(p 〈0.01 ), which were 14.61 × 10^8/ml and 11. 23 × 10^3/ml respectively.
