摘  要:为培育优良抗性品种,选取新歌来德(Nuglade)、自由Ⅲ(Freedom Ⅲ)和优异(Merit)3个草地早熟禾品种的不同外植体,在不同浓度的6-BA,KT和NAA的培养基上进行植株培养,研究其对愈伤组织诱导率、绿苗分化率及生根的影响。结果表明:在不同培养基上,不同外植体愈伤组织的诱导率有较大的差异。草地早熟禾种子的愈伤组织诱导和继代培养基以MS(有机)+B5(无机)+2 mg/L 2,4-D+0.4 mg/L 6-BA为最佳;分化培养基以MS(有机)+B5(无机)+1.0 mg/L KT或MS(有机)+B5(无机)+1.0 mg/L 6-BA为最佳;生根培养基以1/2(MS(有机)+B5(无机))+0.8 mg/L NAA最佳。初步建立起草地早熟禾的植株再生体系。The different explants of Poa pratensis L. cv. (Nuglade,Merit and Freedom Ⅲ) were cultivated on the different medium with 6-BA,KT and NAA. The effect of different medium on the frequency of callus induction,green plant, roots were studied. A preliminary plant regeneration system of Poa pratensis L. was established. The result showed that:the frequency of callus induction for three explants was different. The best medium for callus induction of seeds was MS(organic)+BS(inorganic)+2 mg/L 2,4-D+0.4 mg/ L 6-BA,seedling differentiation was MS(organic) +B5 (inorganic) +0.9 mg/L KT. and rhizogenesis was 1/2 (MS(organic)+BS(inorganic))+0.8 mg/L NAA for Poa pratensis L.
