猪圆环病毒2型感染不会诱发猪肺泡巨噬细胞凋亡

摘　　要：将猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)BF株经口、鼻接种40日龄健康普通仔猪,在接种后不同时相宰杀,收集肺泡巨噬细胞,用流式细胞术和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测其凋亡现象,分析PCV2感染对猪肺泡巨噬细胞凋亡的影响。结果显示,在整个试验期内,与对照组相比,两种方法均未检测到攻毒组肺泡巨噬细胞出现凋亡上升现象,表明PCV2感染不会诱发猪肺泡巨噬细胞凋亡。In order to explore the effects of porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2） infection on porcine alveolar macrophage （AM） apoptosis, AMs were collected On different day post-inoculation from forty-day-old healthy conventional piglets inoculated oro-nasally with PCV2 BF strain, the apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry with FITC-Annexin V/PI kit and agrose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there were not obvious increases in the apoptosis of AMs from piglets inoculated with PCV2 BF strain, as compared to the control, through the above two assays. The present study revealed that PCV2 infection could induce no apoptosis of porcine AM.
