摘  要:目的:观察益气破血法组方中药参元丹胶囊(SYD)对动脉内皮损伤大鼠血浆内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素II(AngII)、血清一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。方法:应用导管拉伤加高渗液损伤的方法建立大鼠主动脉内皮损伤模型,研究中药SYD对大鼠动脉内皮损伤后血浆ET、AngII、血清NOS水平的影响。结果:与正常对照组相比较,病理模型组ET明显升高,P<0.01;SYD组可抑制ET的升高,P<0.01。与正常对照组相比较,各组的NOS均有升高,P<0.05,P<0.01;SYD组与病理模型组比较未见显著性差异。与正常对照组相比较,病理模型组ET/NOS明显升高,P<0.01;与病理模型组比较,SYD组可抑制ET/NOS的升高,P<0.01。与正常对照组相比较,病理模型组的AngII有升高趋势,但两组之间无统计学差异,P>0.05;与病理模型组比较,SYD可降低AngII,P<0.05,P<0.01。结论:参元丹胶囊能调整ET/NOS比值及AngII水平,提示其对血管内皮损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective: Shen Yuan Dan (SYD) was composed under the direction of supplementing the vital energy and promoting the blood circulation. In this study we were going to observe its effects on the serum level of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and the plasma levels of endothelin (ET) and Angiotensin Ⅱ (ANG Ⅱ) in the rats with artery endothelium injury. Methods: The thoracic aorta endothelial cells injured rat models were established by catheter pull and high effusion injury. Then the effects of SYD capsule on ET, NOS and ANG Ⅱ in rats with artery endothetium injury were investigated. Resuits: ET: Compared with normal control group (NCG), the plasma level of ET in pathology model group (PMG) increased significantly and there was a difference in statistics, P 〈0.01; SYD could inhibit the levels of ET from increasing notably, P 〈0.01. NOS: Compared with NCG, the levels of serous NOS in other groups all increased, P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01; But there was no significant difference between SYD groups and PMG. ET/NOS: Compared with NCG, the blood level of ET/ NOS increased significantly in PMG and there was a difference in statistics, P 〈0.01; SYD could restrain the increasing level of ET/NOS more lower than the PMG, P 〈0.01. ANG Ⅱ: Compared with NCG, plasma ANG II in PMG tended to increase, however there was no significant difference between the two groups, P 〉 0.05; Compared with PMG, SYD could lower the plasma level of ANG Ⅱ, P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01. Conclusion: This study showed that SYD could adjust the levels of ET/NOS and ANG Ⅱ, and we can infer from it that SYD has a protection effect in vas endothelium injury.
