摘　　要：从正反两方面综述了南水北调中线工程建设对中部地区社会、经济、生态可持续发展的影响,提出了促进中部地区社会经济可持发展的措施:加强节水管理,建设节水型社会;加强生态环境保护;消除建设过程中的负面影响;完善水资源管理机制;加强技术创新。From two aides the influence to the middle of china of sustainable development of society, economy and ecology are summarized result from the construction of the medium route of the south water to north transfer project, and the measures to promote the sustainable development of society and economy of the middle of china are proposed： enhancing the managernent of water saving, building water saving society; strengthening protection of eco-environment; eliminating the negative effects during the construction; improving manngement system of water resources and strengthening technology innovation.
