摘　　要：任何一国的贸易政策都是根据本国经济发展的阶段在贸易自由化和贸易保护之间进行理性选择的结果。改革开放以后,中国贸易保护政策的演进更有其独特的背景和转型国家的特殊性,因此研究其特点可以对未来我国贸易政策的规范性和有效性提供必要的理论支撑。Any nation＇s trade policy is the result of a rational choice between free trade and protection according to its different economy development stages. Since China adopted a policy of reform and opening to the outside world, the evolution of its trade protection policy has had its unique background and the particularity of a country in transition. Therefore, a study of these characteristics will provide the necessary theory for the standards and the validity for the future trade policy of our country.
