人工流产术安桃乐镇痛吸入量的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产时安桃乐吸入量与镇痛效果之间的关系。方法将128例自愿选择安桃乐镇痛下行人工流产的早孕孕妇,用完全随机设计的方法即:将符合纳入标准的病人按就诊的先后顺序编号为1-128号,按顺序依次分别归入1、2、3、4组。按安桃乐吸入流量预置的不同分成4组:1组150 ml/次;2组200 ml/次;3组300 ml/次;4组400 ml/次。比较4组间安桃乐吸入总量、镇痛时间、镇痛效果等指标。结果4组间个体吸入总量、个体吸入次数、镇痛时间、镇痛效果比较,差异有统计学意义。1组与2组比较:吸入总量,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;镇痛时间,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;镇痛效果q=11.150,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。1组与3组比较:吸入总量、镇痛时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);镇痛效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组与3组比较:吸入总量、镇痛时间、镇痛效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组与4组比较:吸入总量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),镇痛时间、镇痛效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工流产时安桃乐镇痛气体恰当的流量预置为200 ml/次,既能达到良好的镇痛效果,又可减少安桃乐气体的吸入总量,是有效的、经济的预置流量。Objective To explore the relationship between the intake dosage of Entonox and analgesia effect at induced abortion. Methods 128 early pregnant volunteers for induced abortion with Entonox were randomized into 4 groups according to different intake dosages： 150 ml, 200 ml, 300 ml and 400 ml each time. Such indices as total of intake, duration of analgesia, effect of analgesia were compared between the 4 groups. Results The differences were significant between the 4 groups in respect of individual total of intake, individual times for intake, duration of analgesia and effect of analgesia. Between 150 ml and 200 ml groups, the difference was in significant in the total of intake （P〉0.05） and duration of analgesia （P〉0.05） but significant in effect of analgesia （q=1 1.150, P〈0.01）. Between 150 ml and 300 ml groups, the differences were insignificant in total of intake, duration of analgesia（P〉0.05）, but significant in effect of analgesia （P〈0.01）.Between 200 ml and 300 ml groups, the differences were insignificant in total of intake, duration of analgesia, effect of analgesia （P〉0.05）. Between 200 ml and 400 ml groups, the difference was significant in total of intake （P〈0.05）, but insignificant in duration of analgesia, effect of analgesia （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The appropriate dosage of intake of Entonox is 200 ml per time, which not only achieves good effect of analgesia, but also reduces the total of intake.
