摘　　要：文章分析了人才培养中专业素质的重要性,提出专业素质教育中理论教学和实践环节、课内和课外教育及阶段与整体教育的新模式,并根据测控专业的特点进行了有益探索,取得较好效果。This paper analyzes the importance of professional qualifications in talent training, and advances a new training mode. it includes theory teaching and practice, teaching in class and after class, stage teaching and integrative teaching. The author explores it based on the characteristics of the specialty of Measurement and Control and achieves good effects.
