摘　　要：艾略特作为二十世纪英语世界伟大的宗教诗人和重要的文学批评家,他的宗教文学思想集中体现在《宗教与文学》一文。他认为只有符合文学标准且表现了基督教思想感情的作品,才是伟大的作品;另外,必须以道德批评和神学批评来补充文学批评。As a great religious poet and literary critic in the 20th century,Eliot pronounced his religious literary thought in his essay ＂Religion and Literature ＂.He insisted that the greatness of literature not only could be conformed to literary standards but also expressed the affection of Christianity .Moreover, he insisted that the literary criticism should be completed by criticism from a definite ethical and theological standpoint.
