摘　　要：美苏通过雅尔塔协定协调和统一了对华政策。雅尔塔协定严重损害了中国的主权。蒋介石政府并没有被动地接受雅尔塔协定,而是采取了一系列主动的外交措施。在意识形态观的影响下,蒋介石政府推行了针对美苏的双重外交。即在致力于改善中苏关系的同时,试图将中苏关系限制在亲美的前提下发展,邀请美国介入中苏关系,限制苏联在中国的利益扩张。America and the Soviet Union held identical views on the policy to China by the Yalta agreement which seriously violated Chinese sovereignty.However,Jiang Jieshi did not accept it passively but take active dilpomatic measures. Under the influence of the ideological standpoint, Jiang Jieshi adopted double diplomacy toward America and the Soviet Union. He attempted to improve the relations between China and the Soviet Union,on the other hand,he made diplomatic efforts to invite America to intervene in the negotiations between China and the Soviet Union so as to resisit the Soviet Union demands on China.
