摘　　要：建立口腔正畸专科医师制度是我国口腔医学发展和口腔卫生事业改革和发展的要求，这一重要举措对于进一步完善我国医学教育体系，规范临床医师的培训和管理，促进医学教育及人才管理与国际接轨，更好地为全民健康服务发挥着重要作用。本文介绍并探讨了国内外口腔正畸．专科的现状和建立该科的必要性，同时为专科医师培训模式等问题提出了建议。Establishing the system of specialized orthodontists is the requirement of the development of stomatology and reform in stomatological care in China. It will improve medical education system, and standardize the training and management of clinicians in our country. Meanwhile, it will better serve people in health care. This article discusses the present situation of orthodontist training at home and abroad and the necessity of establishing the system, and offers some advice for the mode of specialist training in orthodontics.
