摘 要:以四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷(DDS)为共聚前驱体,Ru(phen)3Cl2为荧光指示剂,采用溶胶凝胶技术,通过改变DDS/TEOS比值,制备了基于荧光猝灭原理的有机改性氧敏感膜。探讨了成膜条件,研究了DDS的掺杂量对敏感膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,掺入适量的有机硅醇盐DDS,敏感膜均匀无龟裂,有较好的机械性和柔韧性。将敏感膜组装到基于相移检测的光纤氧传感器并对气态氧进行检测,检测下限达2×10-6,响应时间<30s;对溶解氧进行检测,检测下限达0.5mg/L,响应时间<50s。与纯TEOS敏感膜相比,有机改性敏感膜具有更好的重复性和稳定性,更有利于溶解氧的测量。A new kind of organically modified oxygen-sensitive membrane based on fluorescence quenching was prepared by sol-gel method, using dimthyldimethoxysilane (DDS) and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) as the mixed precursor, Ru(phen)3 Cl2 as the indicator. The factors influencing the formation of membranes were studied and the effects of the amount of DDS doped in the precursor on the structure and the property of sensing membranes were investigated. The results indicate that the membrane is uniform and crack-free, and has favorable mechanical ability and good flexibility with the proper amount of DDS doped. Base on phase delay detection, the fiber optic oxygen sensor with this sensing membrane has a detection limit of 2×10^-6 and a response time of less than 30s for the detection of oxygen gas. For the detection of dissolved oxygen, its detection limit is 0.5mg/L and the response time is less than 50s. Compared with pure TEOS sensing membrane, the modified sensing membranes have better reproducibility and stability, and are convenient for the detection of dissolved oxygen.
