油库安全问题及其预防措施

摘　　要：针对油库生产环境、设备设施、作业过程以及作业人员等方面存在的不安全因素,分析了油库火灾和爆炸的成因,探索了雷电对油库的危害性以及油料静电火灾的规律,制定了油库预防雷电及静电着火的措施。A lot of oil products of all kinds are stored in oil tankfarms,and the oil products are all volatile, inflammable,explosive and poisonous.Fire hazard,explosion and poisoning can he caused if the staffs operate carelessly or do not conform to the operation regulations on safety technique,which make a great loss of the public properties or human injury.Therefore,safety technique is one of the important contents in oil tankfarms.The unsafe factors from production condition,equipments,operating process and staffs are controlled or eliminated by adopting technical measures.In this paper,the safety problems and prevention measures in oil tankfarms are mainly discussed,and fire and explosion prevention,poison prevention, lighting prevention and static electricity prevention are involved.
