摘 要:利用稻壳基活性炭与石墨粉直接混合法制备活性炭修饰碳糊电极,在pH=7.63的磷酸缓冲溶液中,用微分脉冲技术的吸附伏安法测定多巴胺,该电极对多巴胺在2×10^-7~1×10^-3mol/,L范围内分三段成线性响应,检出限为7.5×10^-8moL/L,抗坏血酸等十余种共存物质基本不干扰.该电极具有良好的稳定性及重现性.The determination of dopamine at the active carbon modified carbon paste electrode (ACMCPE) via cyclic vohammetry and differential pulse vohammetry was studied. Owing to the special quality of abundant surface functional groups, a well quasi-reversible redox peak appeared between 0.37 V and 0.04 V when ACMCPE was scanning in pH = 7.63 phosphate buffer solution (PBS) containing dopamine at a scan rate of 100 mV/s. There were three linear calibrate curves of dopamine (DA) in a concentration range of 2 × 10^-7 ~ 1 × 10^-3 mol/L for different preconcentration time. The determination limit at Signal/Noise = 3 was 7.5 × 10^-8 mol/L. Ascorbic acid (AA) as the familiar interfering compound had little interference in the determination of dopamine.
