摘　　要：目的:了解甲状腺功能异常患者血清中的β-淀粉样蛋白分泌情况。方法:采用放射免疫方法测定40例甲状腺功能异常患者和29例甲状腺功能正常者血清中的β-淀粉样蛋白。结果:对照组与甲状腺功能异常组血清β-淀粉样蛋白有差异显著性(P<0.01),异常组明显高于对照组。结论:甲状腺疾病患者是否为阿尔滋海默病发病的高危人群,值得探讨。Objective： To investigate β-amyloid in serum of patient with thyroid parafunction. Methods： β-amyloid in serum of forty patients with thyriod parafunction and twenty-nine normal controls were measured with RIA method. Results： The levels of β-amyloid in serum of normal controls was significantly lower than that in thyorid parafunction group. （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It is valuable to investigate whether the patient with thyroid parafunction may be high-risk people of Alzheimen＇s disease or not.
