摘  要:采用文献资料法,对降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及其与运动心脏重塑的研究进行回顾和总结。结果表明:心脏中存在CGRP阳性神经纤维及CGRP受体,这些神经纤维主要来自脊髓背根神经节细胞。通过对运动心脏重塑的机制、运动与CGRP的关系、CGRP的生理作用、CGRP的信号传导途径、细胞培养、分子生物学等方面的研究总结,认为CGRP是维持机体血流动力学稳定的重要代偿因子,是运动心脏重塑的重要介质。Using the method of literature, it made a review and summary of ealcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) and exercise-induced cardiac remodeling. The results indicate that there are CGRP positive nerve fibers and CGRP receptors in heart, which mainly come from spinal card nerve ganglion cell. Through summarizing the researches on the exereise-induced cardiac modeling mechanism, the relations between exercise and CGRP, the physiological function of CGRP, the conductive channel of CGRP signal, cell culture, molecular biology and so forth, it believed that CGRP was an important compensatory factor for maintaining the hemodynamic stability of body, and an important medium for exercise-induced eardiac remodeling.
