摘  要:目的评价北京市大学生预防艾滋病(AIDS)、性病(STDs)同伴教育的近期效果,为高校大学生预防艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采用类实验研究方法,以北京市13所高校的2 173名在校本科学生为研究对象,对同伴教育者进行培训,并由他们对大学生实施同伴教育。通过干预前后2次问卷调查,评价大学生预防艾滋病、性病同伴教育的干预效果。结果6.9%的大学生有过性交行为。干预后,大学生对生殖健康、AIDS/STDs知识的得分从(35.2±5.3)分提高到(40.9±5.1)分(P<0.05);男、女学生AIDS知识知晓率分别增加了10.0%和10.8%,STDs知识知晓率分别增加了9.8%和10.0%,对AIDS/STDs病人的态度也随AIDS/STDs知识水平的提高而有所改善。结论同伴教育适用于大学生,近期效果明显,可以在大学生中继续推广。Objective To evaluate the immediate effectiveness of peer education on AIDS/STD prevention, and to provide bases for AIDS prevention education. Methods Quasi-experimental study was adopted. The objects included 2 173 university students. Peer education on AIDS/STD prevention was carried out by peer educators who were trained. Questionnaire surveys were conducted before and after the intervention to evaluate the impact. Results About 6.9% students had experienced sexual behavior. After the intervention, the average score of reproductive health and AIDS/STDs knowledge increased from 35.2±5.3 to 40.9±5.1(P〈0.05).The rate of AIDS and STDs knowledge increased by 10.0% and 9.8% among male students, while 10.8% and 10.0% among female students respectively. After the intervention, students showed more sympathy to AIDS/STDs patients. Condusion Peer education is suitable for university students and has good immediate effectiveness. This kind of intervention method can be widely used in university.
