摘 要:在复杂产品虚拟样机工程中,对异构的仿真模型进行包装和发布,以便提高模型间的互操作性和模型资源的可重用性,一直是复杂产品协同设计仿真技术需要解决的问题之一。为了解决这个问题,以国家863/CIMS主题的科研项目为背景,研究采用WEB服务技术实现仿真模型的包装和发布,提出基于协同仿真平台COSIM的仿真模型发布平台的集成框架,并研究其中的关键技术及其实现,阐述仿真模型在复杂产品虚拟样机协同设计仿真环境中的发布和查询机制,最终达到模型资源重用和数据共享的目的。In virtual prototyping engineering for complex product, how to make heterogeneous simulation models wrapped and published effectively and improve their interoperability and reuse, becomes one primary problem of collaborative simulation technology. To solve this problem, based on a research project supported by the Chinese National High-tech Research & Development Plan (863Plan), a new approach was researched that adopts Web Service Technology to wrap and publish simulation models. And what's more, the integrated framework of simulation models publishing platform based on collaborative simulation platform COSIM was put forward, and its key technology and implementation was also discussed. Finally, the mechanism of publishing and querying simulation models and their related information in collaborative design and simulation environment of virtual prototype for complex product was described to realize the goal of model resources reuse and data share.
