苯丙乳液中硅烷偶联剂对浸渍滤纸性能的影响

摘　　要：用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯共聚合成苯丙乳液,对乳液性能进行了检测,并用傅里叶红外光谱对乳液化学结构进行了表征,证明乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷参与了共聚物的合成。用所合成的苯丙乳液对汽车工业滤纸原纸进行浸渍处理,结果表明,随苯丙乳液中乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷含量的增加,滤纸机械强度、耐水性均有提高,透气性略有降低。浸渍乳液加入三聚氰胺甲醛树脂能改善滤纸综合性能。Vinyltrimethoxysilane was used in polymerization of styrene/acrylic emulsion, the property of emulsion was measured. The chemical structure of the emulsion was characterized by FTIR, it was proved that vinyltrimethoxysilane took part in the palymerizafion of the eopelymer. Then the base paper of automobile filter paper was impregnated with the emulsion. The results showed that when the quantity of vinyltrimethoxysilane in styrene/acrylic emulsion increases, the mechanical strength and water resistant property of the filter paper are improved, but air permeability reduces. The comprehensive property of the filter paper is improved when MF resin is added in the emulsion.
