全棉秆制优等挂面牛皮箱纸板的研究

摘　　要：对全棉秆生产优等挂面牛皮箱纸板进行了研究,着重探讨了棉秆制硫酸盐化学浆的工艺条件。结果表明,在适宜的蒸煮条件下可以制取粗浆得率43.5%、各项强度指标较好的化学浆,用筛分方法可把长短纤维按比例1∶2.5分级。分别以高得率浆、短纤维浆和长纤维浆作为底浆、芯浆和面浆且定量比例分别控制为30%、50%和20%,可以抄造出优等挂面牛皮箱纸板。Manufacture of high quality kraft liner board with cotton stalk as raw materials was studied in this paper. The authors suggested that cotton stalk kraft chemical pulp and cotton stalk high yield pulp were prepared in order to manufacture the liner board. The cotton stalk kraft pulp was fractionated with the Banee - McNett elassifier equipped with a 30 mesh screen, the ratio of short fiber fractionation to long fiber fraetionation was controlled in 1：2.5（by weight）, the former was used as the middle ply of the liner board, the later was used as the top ply, and the high yield pulp was used as the back ply. The liner board manufactured had good quality. The yield of the unscreened chemical pulp could achieve 43.5% when the cooking condition was optimized.
