摘　　要：再生资源是循环经济的核心。应该依托浙江省供销社系统,以浙江省再生资源有限公司为龙头,配合各级政府发展循环经济、打造生态省的行动,逐步构建浙江省资源再生回收体系。在该龙头企业以外的各利废企业仍有广阔的生存空间,可以达到龙头企业与其他企业既互相竞争,又互相合作的目的。Recycling resources system is the core of recycle economy.It should be done that we depend on the main corporation of Zhangjian Province supply and marketing cooperation,to develop recycle economy and build up ecologic province in order to set up recurring resources system in Zhejiang Province.There are living environments,such as both mural competition and cooperation out the main corporation of Zhangjian Province supply and marketing.
