摘  要:研究了不同浓度(0,10,20,50 mg/L)的激动素(KT)对菊花紫玉品种绿蕾期叶片生理生化及花期的影响。结果表明,处理组叶片中硝酸还原酶(NR)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量均比对照组有不同程度的降低,且随处理浓度的升高依次降低。与对照组相比,处理组花径无明显变化,株高比对照降低,株径大于对照,株型比对照紧凑。随KT浓度的升高,菊花的花期呈梯度推迟,其中50 mg/L处理组效果最为明显,开花时间比对照推迟7 d,并使花期延长。The effect of different concentrations of KT(0, 10,20,50mg/L) on the physiological and biochemical changes in the leaves at green bud stage and florescence period for chrysanthemum Ziyu was studied. The results were as the follows.comparing with the control, the activities of NR, POD,SOD in the leaves at green bud stage,as well as the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein decreased with the rise of KT content ;the flower diameter did not change obviously, stalk diameter was thicker and stalk height was higher,stalk type were more beautiful. The florescence of chrysanthemum was postponed and prolonged with the increment of KT concentration,with up to 7--day delay for 50 mg/L of kinetin treatment.
