摘　　要：介绍回转窑窑法磷酸(CDK)1万t/a工业磷酸试验装置的试生产情况,对试验装置的有关问题(料球的软熔温度与黏结剂的选用,回转窑设备与热能利用,如何提高磷矿中P2O5还原率)进行讨论,特别对解决回转窑结圈堵料问题提出了很好的建议。并认为目前CDK窑法磷酸还不适宜盲目建设。The performance of a pilot plant with 10 kt/a kiln- method phosphoric acid is discussed： melted temperature of the ball, binder＇s choice, kiln equipment, heat recovery and how to increase P2O5 transformation rate, especially to the scars sticked to the kiln inner wall and material block. The author insists that the CDK kiln phosphoric acid facility is unsuitable for easy construction.
