长庆油田靖三联污水絮凝物处理实验研究

摘　　要：在实验研究中，我们讨论了对靖三联油田污水絮凝物进行直接机械脱水浓缩工艺处理、化学再絮凝加机械脱水浓缩工艺处理，室内性能评价表明：辅助剂石灰加量4％、阳离子PAM絮凝剂的用量800ppm、理想的温度为50-70℃，这样的工艺条件，处理效果良好，为现场试验提供了可靠的依据。In this research , we have discussed direct mechanical dehydration and chemistry flocculation then mechanical dehydration concentration process treatment to flocculate on Jinsanlian wastewater; the laboratory performance evaluation shows that the dosage of adjuvant lime is 4% ,the dosage of cationic PAM flocculating agent is 800ppm,the best temperature is 50-70℃ ,in this condition, the treatment effect is well, so we have offered reliable foundation for locale test .
