宣肺祛毒口服液治疗小儿呼吸道感染后咳嗽95例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺祛毒口服液治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法:用宣肺祛毒口服液治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽95例,与复方甘草合剂、头孢氨苄口服治疗90例进行临床观察比较。结果:治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组总有效率80.0%,经统计学处理,P<0.01,具有非常显著性差异。结论:宣肺祛毒口服液对呼吸道感染后咳嗽疗效良好,有临床推广使用的价值。Objective：To observe the effects of Xuanfei Qudu （XFQD）oral liquid on treating postinfections cough（PIC）.Methods： 185 patients with PIC were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group （95 cases）were treated by XFQD oral liquid,while the control group （90 cases）were treated by cefalexin and Glyeyrrizae co：mixture. Results：The total efficiency rate of the therapeutic group was 93.7 %, and the control group was 80%.There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The study shows that as to treating PIC, it has a promoting clinical value.
