摘　　要：目的 探讨国产ZQL型可回收式滤器的临床护理方法。方法 将70例下肢深静脉血栓和（或）肺动脉栓塞的患者分为观察组及对照组各35例，分别置入国产ZQL型可回收式腔静脉滤器和进口可回收式腔静脉滤器，再行局部溶栓治疗，最后根据治疗情况取出滤器或长期留置滤器。结果 2组间预防肺动脉栓塞成功率比较差异无统计学意义；下腔静脉通畅率比较无统计学意义；全部患者未再发生肺动脉栓塞。护理上应注意滤器置入、取出及溶栓术后下腔静脉急性闭塞、肺动脉栓塞再发生的观察和处理。结论 国产ZQL型可回收式滤器可满足不同消费能力的人群需求，具有推广价值。Objective To study the observation and the nursing points for patients when using the homemade ZQL vena cava filter. Methods Divided 70 patients with deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism （PE） into the control group and the observation group, there were 35 cases in the each group. The homemade ZQL vena cava filter was using in the observation group, while the retrievable vena cava filter was using in the control group. Decided the future therapy projects according to the concrete condition of patients. Results There were no relative complications occurred among the patients in the two groups. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the indexes which had compared. The nursing points were pay attention to the implantation and take out courses. Conclusions The homemade retrievable ZQL vena cava filter can satisfied most of patients who have required it, it should be extended in the clinical practice.
