摘 要:目的:研究HG颗粒对免疫功能低下小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响。方法:皮下注射环磷酰胺建立免疫功能低下小鼠模型,分别予HG颗粒、盐酸左旋咪唑片灌胃治疗。对照观察药物对免疫功能低下小鼠迟发型超敏反应、溶血性抗体生成的影响。结果:免疫功能低下小鼠迟发型超敏反应、溶血性抗体生成明显降低。HG颗粒治疗后有明显改善,综合疗效优于阳性药物对照组。结论:HG颗粒能显著提高免疫功能低下小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。Objective: To explore the effects. of HG Granule on cytoimmunity and humoral immunity function in hypoimmunologic model mice.Methods: Established hypoimmunologic model mice through hypodermmic injection of cyclopbosphamide.Treated the mice with HG Granule and hydrochloric acid laevorotationzole tablets through tube feeding respectivly. Observed the effect of medicine on the delayed hypersensitivity and hemolytic antibody of the hypoimmunologic mice. Results: The delayed h ypersensityivity and hemolytic antibody of the hypoimmunologic mice were significantly lower than that of the normal group.After the teatment by HG Granule ,the delayed hypersensitivity and hemolytic antibody increased markedly, the compreheneive effects of HG Granule were better than those of modem medicine.Conclusion: FIG Granule can effectively enhance cytoimmunity and humoral function in hypoimmunologic model mice.
