下肢深静脉造影在下肢静脉倒流性疾病中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢深静脉造影在下肢静脉倒流性疾病的诊断和治疗中的作用。方法对患下肢静脉倒流性疾病的98例患者（共110条肢体）在术前行下肢深静脉造影。结果110条肢体中，原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全占62．7％，单纯性大隐静脉曲张占28．2％，深静脉血栓后遗症Ⅱb或Ⅲ型占5．5％，先天性静脉畸形占3．6％。结论下肢深静脉造影能动态、直观、系统地观察下肢静脉系统的形态与功能，是下肢静脉倒流性疾病诊断的金标准，对下肢深静脉手术治疗有重要指导意义。Objective To explore the role of venography of deep vein of lower limb in the diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity venous reflux disease. Method One hundred and ten limbs of 98 venous reflux disease patients were examined by venography preoperatively. Results In all cases, the venous reflux diseases were primary valvular incompetence of the deep veins （62.7%）, the simple varicosity of greater saphenous vein （28.2%）, the late stage post-thrombotic deep veins Ⅱb or Ⅲ type （5.5%）, and the congenital venous developmental abnormality （3.6%）. Conclusions Venography of deep vein of lower llmb is a dynamic, objective, and systematic method to examine the morphology and function of lower extremity vein, and it phys a significant role in the diagnosis and treatment in lower extremity venous reflux disease.
