摘　　要：稿件审理存在审理效率低、质量不高的问题,为此学术期刊应当提高编辑的学科专业素质,改进审稿流程,完善审稿制度,充分调动审稿专家的积极性。Inefficient peer review isn＇t rare in many editorial departments because of long reviewing period and low commenting quality. Some editorial countermeasures are considered to resolove the problems. Both the editors＇ specialty quality and the reviewing process should be improved. The reviewing mechanism should be improved and the reviewers＇ enthusiasm should be aroused.
