摘　　要：西方学者对1500-1800年英国的家庭财产继承的研究日益深入,归纳起来主要集中在以下六个方面:长子继承制、影响家庭财产继承的因素、妇女的财产继承、财产继承与个人权利、严格授产协议、财产继承的社会影响。The study of property inheritance of English family during 1500-1800 by western scholars has attracted much attention in the last decades, which is mainly summarized in the following six aspects of primogeniture, the factors affecting on family property inheritance, women’s property inheritance, the property inheritance and individual right, strict settlement, and the social effects of property inheritance. In contrast, this study is weak in our country.
