摘　　要：农村劳动力转移是我国实现工业化必须面对的重大课题,也是解决我国“三农”问题的根本途径。参考国内已有劳动力转移的研究成果,结合我国农村剩余劳动力转移的特点,针对我国农村剩余劳动力转移中存在的问题,制定既遵循经济规律、又有中国特色的劳动力转移政策,是我国政府的必然选择。文章回顾了国内农村劳动力转移研究的现状,并对众多零散的研究进行了归纳分析和评述。Farmer labor emigration is an important question we have to deal with in our industrialization. It is also a basic way to solve three questions concern agriculture, rural area and farmer in China. Combining existed study harvests and characters of rural labor emigration in China, it is essential for the government to constitute policies which not only follow economy rules but also adapt to facts of China. The article reviews the study actuality of rural labor emigration in China. At the same time, the article sums up many scattered studies and evaluates it.
