摘　　要：近年对农村聚落空心化问题,不仅在农村聚落空心化的概念、类型、空间模式、空间分布、形成因素、形成机制、动力机制、阶段与过程方面,而且在农村聚落空心化带来的问题、对策和措施方面的研究都有较多进展。今后,要重视研究在农村聚落空心化的生命周期与中国城市化的背景下,从宏观和微观两个层次深入揭示农村聚落空心化的时空变化特征和本质规律,并在综合研究方面为建设社会主义新农村提供科学依据。In recent years, many researchers have analyzed not only the conception, types, space model, space distribution, driving powers, driving system, different stages and process of rural settlement hollowization, but also some problems resulted from rural settlement hollowization, and countermeasures to control the trend of rural settlement hollowization. For the future, the study on the time and space process model, essential laws of rural settlement hollowization in the background of fast urbanization in China should be regarded highly. Based on the analysis of rural settlement hollowization from microcosmic, macroseopical and integrated angles, researchers should offer some effective decision-making supports for construction of socialism new rural settlement.
