摘　　要：目的 探讨呼吸支持在严重创伤急救中的应用。方法 对2003年1月～2005年12月我院急诊外科及ICU1486例ISS≥16分的严重创伤患者急救中呼吸支持情况的回顾性分析。结果 复苏体位、开放气道、吸氧1372例．气管内插管术141例，气管切开术97例，环甲膜切开术9例，环甲膜穿刺术6例，气管穿刺导入气管套管术4例，气管穿刺旋切术3例，呼吸机辅助163例，死亡112例。结论 选择合适的呼吸支持是急诊严重创伤救治过程中极其重要的环节。Objective To study the application of respiratory support in emergency rescue. Methods To review the experiences gained in respiratory support in 1486 patients for emergency treatment and ICU ISS ≥16 between 2003.1 to 2005.12. Result The respiratory management included resuscitation position , open airway, and oxygenation in 1372 patients, endotracheal intubafion in 141 patients, trachcotomy in 97 patients, cricothyroidtomy in 9 patients,thyrocricocentesis in 6 patiants, Percutaneous tracheotomy in 4 patients, percutaneous revolving tracheotomy in 3 patients, ventilator assistant in 163 patients, death in 112 patients. Conclusion Choose of appropriate respiratory support is a very important step in rescuing emergency patients.
