摘  要:目的探讨血清β2-MG、肾功能及电解质与急性有机磷农药中毒的关系。方法对72例急性有机磷农药中毒患者于中毒后20小时内抽取静脉血进行血清β2-MG、肾功能及电解质检测,并与65例治愈组及68例健康对照组进行比较,再经统计学分析。结果急性有机磷农药中毒后轻度中毒β2-MG即有明显升高及ChE有明显降低,P均<0.001;中度中毒TP、UA、ChE有明显降低而BUN、β2-MG有明显升高,P均<0.001;重度中毒TP、UA、ChE、K+均有明显降低及BUN、Cr、β2-MG有明显升高,P均<0.001。各组中Na+、Cl-变化不大,P均>0.05。只有重度中毒K+降低及Cr升高最明显,有7例心跳停止及6例呼吸肌麻痹,各项指标变化最明显者7例死亡。结论观察血清β2-MG、肾功能及电解质的变化可判断急性有机磷农药中毒程度、预后及对治疗效果的动态观察,并对其产生机理进行了讨论。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum β2-MG,renal function and electrolytes in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning. Methods blood simples were taken for measurement of β2-MG , renal function and electrolytes in 75 ease with acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning,65 cured cases and 68 healthy eases, individually. Results serum β2-MG increased and ChE decreased significantly in patients with mild organophosphorus poisoning (P〈0.001) ; serum BUN and β2-MG increased and TP ,UA ,ChE decreased in significantly in moderate poisoning eases (P〈0.001) ; while in severe poisoning eases ,sserum BUN ,Cr, β2-MG all increased and TP, UA, ChE, K^+all deceased remarkably (P〈0.001) ,and the changes of those of mild and moderate poisoning eases ,7 of 13 eases with cardiac arrest or respiratory muscular paralysis in poisoning group had most remarkable changes of these serum indices and died. there was no changes of blood Na^+,Cl^- level in each group (P〉0.05) . Conclusion Blood β2-MG, renal funtion and electrolytes in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning have a great value in judging the degree of poisoning , prognosis and treatment effi- ciency or as well as their rneehanism were discussed.
