摘　　要：目的通过安乃近片剂及注射液作红外光谱扫描,快速鉴别该药的真伪。方法根据安乃近的溶解性,用无水乙醇对上述两种剂型中所含的安乃近进行提取和重结晶,并将其红外光谱与标准图谱进行比较。结果红外光谱鉴别结果表明,两剂型的红外光谱均与安乃近标准图谱一致。结论红外光谱鉴别法简便可靠、快速准确。Objective To identify metamizole sodium tablets and its injection by IR spectrum. Methods According to the solubility of metamizole sodium,the substance in the two preparations was extracted and recrystallization in anhydrous ethanol.The IR spectra was compared with the standard spectra. Results The IR spectra of metamizole sodium tablets and its injection was the same as the standard spectra. Conclusion This method is simple,quick and the result of determination is accurate.This method is suitable for identification of metamizole sodium tablets and its injection by IR spectrum.
